Bank Financing Associate

Job Description:
- Assists buyers in securing bank application for end-buyers financing/bulk endorsement to accredited banks.
- Monitors status of accounts under bank financing (i.e. past due, 3 months horizon and current month).
- Coordinates and resolves with other Departments/banks deficiencies relative to lumpsum take-out.
- Monitors conversion of Bank Guarantee to LOU issuance and to actual bank take out.
- Maintains database of Bank Financing account monitoring.
- Prepares Bank Financing & actual collection reports.
- Other duties that may assigned by his/her immediate superior.
Job Qualifications:
- Business, Management Accounting, Commerce or any related four-year course graduate.
- With at least two (2) years related work experience.
- Excellent numerical ability and accuracy.
- Flexible in dealing with customers.
- Must have strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Results-oriented.
- Willing to be assigned in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
