Our HR Technology team is responsible for delivering a first-class experience to all our customers globally. We deliver self-service and automated technology solutions which enable and accelerate delivery of products for our business globally.
We are looking for backend software engineers to help us deliver greenfield solutions in a variety of technology domains. We take a flexible approach to the skillsets candidates have and seek engineers with strong learning mindsets, who can work collaboratively and have an ability to think outside the box; over someone who ticks all the boxes.
We anticipate being successful in this role you will have experience with:
building RESTful APIs and microservice development using Spring Boot or NodeJS
knowledgeable with java or JavaScript as the main programming language
have a good understanding of network protocols
designing scalable, cloud-native, distributed software backends utilising modern development architectures
experience in using messaging technologies such as SNS/SQS, RabbitMQ or Kafka
experience in creating CI/CD pipeline such as Bamboo, Jenkins or Cloudbees
experience with AWS technologies such as but not limited to: EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, LAMBDA, MSK
familiar with container and container orchestration technology such as Docker and Kubernetes
good problem-solving skills
