Complete and submit prior authorization forms accurately and efficiently.
Research medications and treatments using trusted online resources, including Google and clinical databases, to understand their use and relevance to requests.
Communicate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to gather and verify information as needed.
Track and follow up on submitted authorizations to ensure timely approvals.
Maintain accurate records of all authorization requests and outcomes.
Requirements:
At least 6 months BPO experience handling a US Healthcare Account
Knowledge in submitting and processing Prior-Authorization is a PLUS
Good verbal and written English skills
Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
Amenable working night shift
