As a B2B Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility is to provide a ridiculously awesome customer experience to every engagement. You will deliver outstanding and remarkable support to the customers and clients. * Growth and Retention of existing clients
Account development and managing information in company CRM
Presenting and informing current promotions products and services
Funnel and Sales management
Ability to achieve and exceed monthly individual and team sales goals and KPI's
Executing the B2B structured sales process
Answer questions and troubleshoot issues related to customer's accounts, billing, and products.
Become a product expert that helps advise customers what the best solution to their needs.
Keeping up-to-date information with regards to telecommunication carriers in the US.
Constantly updating customers for any changes and checking in for any possible concerns.
Manage customer accounts through a high level of consultation
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Customer Service and Technical Support
BPO Experience is an advantage but not required
Excellent English speaking and written communications
Must have basic computer networking and internet skills
Understanding of Intermediate Telecom products is an advantage
Willing to be exposed in a sales-driven and performance-driven environment
Willing to work in an office setting in San Juan
Willing to work in a fixed night shift schedule (Tuesdays - Saturdays)
COMPENSATION
***Uncapped Commission
Weekends off
Fixed night shift schedule and no shifting (Pacific Standard Time)
