Summary:
SalezGen is a Filipino-owned B2B demand generation & sales staffing agency with a mission to help international B2B companies grow while providing Filipino sales experts with a more rewarding and profitable sales career, and we're looking for new outbound sales closers to join our team.
Your job is to generate sales for SalezGen clients using outbound marketing methodologies such as cold calling, email & text marketing, and LinkedIn marketing (you will also do CRM management, lead nurturing, sales presentations, campaign optimizations, and closing sales).
Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct daily lead prospecting for a client campaign
Perform cold calling or telemarketing, email & SMS marketing, LinkedIn marketing, CRM management, lead nurturing, sales presentations, and closing of sales.
Send daily and monthly reports to agency and client
Collaborate with the team during campaign optimizations and to share best practices
Basic Requirements:
MUST have 3 solid years of B2B telemarketing or B2B outbound sales experience for international accounts.
Desktop/Laptop (minimum i3 or equivalent specs)
DSL Internet connection at least 10 Mbps
Must have own working station at home free from any background noises
Quality headset w/ mic and noise cancellation feature
Familiarity with Google applications, online CRMs, VOIP, and marketing software
Must be fluent in English with perfect grammar
Must have good work ethics
Can provide 2 valid work character references (most recent)
Available to work full-time, graveyard shifts, shifting schedules, and can do OTs when necessary

Compensation & Perks:
Starting pay is ₱30,000.00 per month turning ₱40,000.00 after 3 months plus unlimited commissions
