Their software is also used to support implementation of standards for quality management, information security, environmental management, AI management systems, and more, serving teams across 14 countries.JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A B2B BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVEResponsibilities as an B2B Business Development Representative:
Perform End-to-End sales process, including "closing" of deals with businesses
Initiate contact with and qualify potential customers through cold-calling, outbound email campaigns, social-selling (e.g. LinkedIn/Sales Navigator), networking (e.g. BNI) and responding to incoming inquiries.
Schedule and conduct online meetings and software demos
Prepare and present proposals and negotiate contracts
Follow up on proposals/offers to prospects to close deals.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline by establishing strong relationships with prospects.
Document all sales contacts and communication within the CRM.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth sales handover and coordination
Generate weekly sales reports to communicate key metrics, activity and progress.
Actively contribute to knowledge-sharing on client needs and context.
Keep updated about latest business trends.
Identify opportunities for sales automation to make your job more effective.
Maximize customer satisfaction
Qualifications as a B2B Business Development Representative:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar discipline is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 5+ years work experience and track record in sales, lead generation, customer service, account management, cold-calling, appointment setting, or similar industry is strongly preferred.
Technically proficient and proven experience in demonstrating software products.
Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent computer skills, including CRM software
Excellent communication and written skills.
Self-motivated and target oriented
In-depth knowledge of sales performance metrics.
Strong interpersonal, networking and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines with business insight.
Adept at different social media platforms and has good research skills.
Proven ability to present and communicate with varied customers and clients.
Excellent listening and customer service skills, and phone demeanor.
Proactive, coachable, and well-organized.
