The Business Risk Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new recruits Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.
Provide support as point of contact for Country Impact Assessment, Inter-Affiliate, Assessment Review, Product Allocation and Billing related process and procedures for CTI Japan.
Maintain current Country Impact Assessment, Inter-Affiliate, Assessment Review, Product Allocation and Billing database to support required information applicable to SLA business and/or operational requirements.
Liaise and coordinate with Technology Support and Operational streams on activities related to CTI Japan.
Responsibilities:
Initiate, monitor and finalize the Country Impact Assessment (CIA) for all CTI CIA projects received from CIA Coordination Office team where Japan is one of the impacted countries
Reach out to Project Manager (PM) assigned to each project to require all important information and Japan Technology SME to do the assessment for the project(s) with in-scope application that is found to be critical for Japan - that will help in the closure of the status of the project(s) in review.
Prepare the bi-weekly and monthly status report of all projects added and reviewed in CTI CIA SharePoint.
Prepare the monthly summary of Japan CTI CIA projects to be presented and discussed in the Monthly CIA meeting with CIA Coordination Office (CIACO) and all other teams / representatives from CGMJ, TTS, Governance, GFTS, DCC.
Review, validate and assess all management and access controls' (technology management, change management, media management, logical access, physical access, SLA, COB, etc...) documents and evidences provided by service providers - CSJ, CTI-Global, GFTS, ICG-Tech AP and ICG-Tech Global on a quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis.
Consolidate and prepare the assessment review final result to be discussed with and approved by the manager and/or seniors (CSJ / CGMJ / CBNA Tokyo).
Organize and facilitate a semi-annual Performance Service Review meeting with all specified key service provider managers and contacts based on the final assessment review result to discuss changes and issues that needs management awareness.
Monitor the completeness of Japan Tech Hub content by ensuring that all technology managers and contacts are updating their business and project reports including scorecards, org chart, career opportunities in SharePoint on a bi-weekly and monthly basis as required
Responsible for data collections, platform chargeback consolidation and processing
Maintain and ensure an accurate and complete mapping files are used for dedicated charges and timely submission of financial charges for billing processing
Analyze data for chargeback system and submit volume to Finance.
Ensure that 100% inventory files loaded by product management, FRSS and feed owners
Ensure proper and timely communication with all Japan Stakeholders
Deliver and review monthly usage or volume consumption.
Perform and submit monthly calculation for all Dedicated maintenance PO and Assets mapped to Dedicated GOCs
Perform and submit calculation for Desktop NAS volume for Personal and Shared drives used for dedicated purposes
Manage customer communications with regards to monthly volumes on chargeback methodology usage and other product related queries.
Manage and tracks monthly business unit performance against the IT business plan and service level agreements and identifies gaps
Ensure all gaps are valid, tracked all inconsistencies and ITBM issues were properly communicated with global stakeholders and ensure resolution.
Perform quarterly review and monitoring for Japan, that service agreement is linked correctly between Japan and business, other affiliates to make sure all outsourced services by Japan (CSJ) are fully covered in the ICSAs with corresponding service catalogues
Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience in Infrastructure Technologies delivery with a proven track record of operational processes related to inter-affiliate and cross-border legal/regulatory country requirements
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams, and work under pressure or to a deadline
Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Effective analytic/diagnostic skills
Education:
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
