Job Description:
 
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in automotive sales, excellent leadership skills, and strong business acumen.
 
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
Lead and train the sales team to consistently deliver exceptional customer service and achieve individual and team sales goals
Set sales quotas and individual performance targets, monitor progress, and provide ongoing feedback to ensure goals are met or exceeded
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction throughout the sales process
Implement effective sales techniques and provide product knowledge to the sales team to enhance sales performance
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and service, to support overall business objectives
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within the automotive industry
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and team members
Solid understanding of automotive industry trends and market dynamics
Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
Valid driver's license
