JOB DESCRIPTION
Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
Assess individual performance through observations and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.
Identifies and cultivates prospects and/or clients.
Initiates and follows up on new business opportunities.
Develops and maintains relationships with clients.
Works closely with team members to further develop sales opportunities.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Minimum 5 years of Sales Experience.
Any Bachelor's degree.
Field sales experience is an advantage.
