Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
Write automated User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
Conducting functional testing on existing or new features
Thoroughly identify, record, document and track bugs
Contribute to the evolution of the company's QA process
Write automation tests
Work with the development and test team to help define, implement, and maintain quality standards
Analyze test case failures and perform root cause analysis as appropriate
You have at least 2 years experience in a software/technical environment (SaaS is a plus)
You have experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
You have a strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
You have hands-on experience with automated testing tools
Knowledge in API testing
You have a good understanding of build/deployment automation and continuous integration processes
Having experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
You have experience working in an agile environment (knowledge of JIRA is a plus)
You are an excellent team player and are confident in working alongside others
You have excellent communication and analytical skills
