As an Automation Developer, you will identify, develop, implement and optimize the business processes, systems, reports and strategies that optimize business functions to meet organizational goals and initiatives.
Responsibilities
Implementing efficiency improvements related to speed, quality, and simplification by eliminating rework loops, reducing and automating manual work and hand-offs, identifying and implementing best practices across the business, and minimizing process variability through standardization and automation
Supporting the project team in developing business cases, as well as in developing and documenting functional and process designs
Spearheading and optimizing current automation techniques, processes and design for process automation and automation control for various processes across the organization
Own Templating Modules for advance personalisation and dynamic content creation
Work with large data sets and the technical tools needed to work with them.
Drive towards simple, scalable solutions to difficult problems,
Project-manage multiple workflows and communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally.
Work with key business stakeholders to understand requirements and shape analytical and business process automation deliverables.
3 -5 years of experience in a similar field.
Product life cycle management knowledge
Passion in acknowledging the cutting-edge technology
Proficient in SQL, Python, or similar scripting languages
With knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Java, C++
Self Starter with Positive Attitude and can share discoveries with passion & enthusiasm
Experience working on business intelligence projects measuring key business metrics
Experience automating manual workflows
Must have good Presentation Skills
Hands-on coding experience;
DevOps knowledge
