Job Responsibilities:
Working as part of a dedicated team, you will be required to assist in all aspects of the insurance services and administration processes, which may at times extend beyond the duties listed below. In house support will be always available along and full training where required available with regular opportunities for ongoing external education and professional development.
Assist with answering general enquiries and complete regular tasks.
Make appointment and follow up of newly engaged clients
Liaise with insurance case manager to track progress
You will be responsible for processing new quotes, application, renewals and other admin forms.
Ensure file notes are properly maintained
Documents are clearly labeled, signed and correctly filed for compliance purpose
Update dashboard daily and prepare weekly report
Help collect pending requirements from individuals
Requirements
Experience in the Australian personal insurance industry is desirable
Honest, reliable, and hardworking is essential
Strong problem solving, and mathematical skills are required.
Think outside the box and a strong desire to solving problem is required for this position
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are required. You will be required to deal with clients and insurance companies via phone and email daily
Experience Docusign and SugarCRM is desirable
Understand questionnaires, applications, process
Experience in any life insurance coding software
Willing to learn and highly trainable
