Job Descriptions
An ATM Service Engineer is responsible for maintaining ATMs, as well as all related PC peripherals and network connectivity. While other duties may be assigned by an ATM manager, the majority of a Technician's job entails in dealing with service calls to ensure ATMs are up and running at all times.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES :
Repair and troubleshoot NCR Automated Teller Machines (ATM) and Evercell UPS.
Program ATM's unassisted or with assistance from Technical Support
Repair and Test ATM parts
Monitor ATM's with RMS
Install, repair or replace ATM signage in customer locations
Other field and service work as required
Prioritize scheduled service call given by dispatch at any time.
Perform other task as instructed by Immediate Head.
Job Qualifications
Knows the basic of Installation, un-installation, upgrading, refurbishing, pre-staging, maintenance, site preparation and call screening.
Must be a graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related course with emphasis on banking and finance is an advantage
Must have working knowledge of Visual Basic and C++
Must be proficient in office productivity tools such as MS Office, MS Project and Visio
Knowledge in ATM is an advantage.
Flexible, Hardworking and with good interpersonal skills.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply who are willing to undergo training.
