Job Description:
Oversee the collection of outstanding invoices from customers and clients. This involves tracking payments, following up on overdue accounts, and reconciling discrepancies.
Coordinate the billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing to customers. Verify billing details and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes.
Oversee the accurate and timely application of cash receipts to customer accounts. Ensure that payments are properly recorded and allocated.
Communicate with customers regarding account balances, payment reminders, and resolution of payment issues. Maintain positive relationships with clients while enforcing payment terms.
Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable aging, cash flow projections, and other relevant metrics. Analyze trends and provide insights to management for decision-making.
Identify opportunities to streamline accounts receivable processes and improve efficiency. Implement best practices to enhance collections and reduce bad debt.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies related to accounts receivable. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits.
Collaborate with other departments such as sales, customer service, and finance to resolve customer issues and improve overall business performance.
Job Qualifications
A graduate of BS in Accountancy, Management Accounting or Accounting Technology. CPA is a plus
With 3 years of experience in accounts receivable and credit management.
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting applications (SAP, Oracle)
Willing to be assigned in Mandaue City, Cebu
