As a Assoc Tech Support manager, you would work as a part of a dynamic team involved with managing the connectivity & Citrix.
Primary Responsibilities:
Analyze department needs, identify improvements opportunities, and boost productivity, efficiency and accuracy
Continuously analyze current process, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement
Prepare training plan as needed
Collaborate with L1 & L3 teams
Colloborate with L3 & L1 teams
Pays attention to details
Answer and make technical calls at a large corporate support second level environment, efficiently and professionally, resolve issue over the phone or other remote tools
Troubleshoot corporate applications with the use of a Knowledge Base and assign issues to the appropriate support group as needed
Follow all escalation procedures according to service level agreement
Use remote control tool to assist end-users when needed
Provide an accurate record of each call in the incident management tracking tool
Anticipate customer needs and proactively identifies solutions
Plan, prioritize, organize, and complete work to meet established objectives

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in IT Desktop support (L1+L2 Team)
5 years of experience in Customer service
3 years of experience in installation and troubleshooting of various enterprise software and applications
2+ years of experience in managing improvement projects
Experience in handling large teams
Win hello hands-on experience
Experience in creating & updating knowledge articles
Knowledge and Experience with Windows Desktop OS (win10), Office365, and other enterprise applications
Demonstrate a depth and breadth of knowledge/skills in VPN office networking/ Citrix environment & system logon issue. Experience in cisco anyconnect client troubleshooting. Good understanding of wireless devices/wired connections
Excel Skill/Power point skills (MS office)
Self-starter and able to work independently
Willing to work on US Daytime schedule and follow US Flexible Holiday
Preferred Qualifications:
Six Sigma
Knowledge and experience with PowerShell scripting
