You'll be the first point of contact for Access Management tickets raised in our IT Service Desk
Bringing a customer first approach to Access Management, ensuring SLA's are followed while delivering exceptional service
Implementing Access Management Controls on new and existing Third-Party SaaS systems (SSO, Authentication, Authorisation, Role-Based Access, Identity Lifecycle, User Access reviews)
Writing clear and comprehensive documentation, as well as a willingness to share knowledge with the team
Working with the team to escalate problems to the appropriate staff
You're probably a match if:
You have at least 2 years of experience in Okta administration, preferably across Identity Lifecycle Management, Authentication, Access Control, Authorisation, or Access Requests
You're confident configuring Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools, including SSO and MFA
You have technical knowledge of app integration protocols such as SCIM, SAML, and OIDC
You bring at least 2 years of experience in technical support, ideally within a fast-paced or enterprise environment
You can manage multiple, competing tasks and priorities with ease
You take a data-driven approach to identify trends, surface problem areas, and prioritise improvements
You have exceptional communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively across teams
