- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
- For International Sales-with diverse network of seller/broker as well as potential clientele overseas
- For Local Broker Network Group-has wide network of License Broker locally
- Accredited Sales Person under the PRC and HLURB is an advantage
