As the Associate, Sales Account Management, this role will be responsible in developing and managing SCJ business focusing on branch operations of South Luzon Modern Trade accounts. The key deliverables will be in the areas of sales achievement, ensuring excellent execution of in-store promotions and programs, distribution and merchandising across all accounts/stores under his/her area including submission of sales reports and quarterly reviews for data analysis and business reviews.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensuring distributions are correct product assortment per store
Monitoring displays and adherence to planogram guidelines
Ensuring correct merchandising according to strategies given by Customer Marketing
Ensuring that all tactical displays and cross merchandising modules are at the right location in the store
Responsible for handling and coordinating with 3rd party merchandisers in their respective area
Responsible for building business relationship with store personnel and establishing good rapport
Ensuring all programs agreed with head office are cascaded and implemented in-store
Ensuring all tactical, promotional and secondary displays are implemented on time
Monitoring of all competitive activities found in the store
Initiate quarterly price surveys in ensuring suggested retail price (SRP) compliance in-store
Monitor competitive pricing in-store
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Bachelor's Degree in any Business Related courses
At least 3 years solid sales work experience in FMCG or Pharma, Principal is preferred
Based in South Luzon Area (including Laguna, Batangas, Luzon, Bicol, Palawan, after Alabang)
