Positions in this function include those responsible for designing/developing, programming, maintaining and publishing operational reports. Provides operational analysis utilized for decision making. May make recommendations based on the analysis, and provide explanations for reporting results as needed. May be done for internal operational purposes as well as for customers.
Primary Responsibility:

Required Qualifications:
4+ years of MIS/Reporting Role Data Analytics Experience
Technical:
Advance Excel (Expert in formulas, Pivot tables, Charts, Power Query)
Advance SQL (Able to write SQL queries to fetch data from server, dynamic/nested queries, Joins, able to create tables, views)
VBA (Application of Loops, functions, Declation of variables, Record macro and edit,writing codes)
Business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau or any other) to create visualization from given dataset
Data analytical skills: Employee should be able to interpreted information from given dataset and able to bring out meaningful information from it. Able to handle large dataset
Power point: Employee should have basic understanding of power point and its features to deliver the desire message. Able to create neat and clean presentations
Soft skills:
Verbal communication: Employee should be fluent in English speaking and able to present story to leadership on his reports
Written communication: Ability to comprehend the message in email and draft suitable response accordingly. Able to frame sentences properly
Stakeholders management: Know your stakeholders, able to collaborate independently to capture requirements and deliver expected outputs
Documentation: Employee able to document MOMs properly and design SOPs basis discussion
