Summary of the Role
The Associate, Registration & Regulatory Compliance will support registration activities for all business products in Philippines and export markets and will support communication and liaison with the related institutions/authorities related to regulatory and registration activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support documentation and data compilation for product registration submission to the relevant authority agencies in the assigned country.
Responsible in securing Certificate of Free Sales and document legalization process in a timely manner
Understands and applies relevant Registration & Regulatory Compliance processes.
Maintains company databases and compliance related IT tools
Support interaction with key personnel in regulatory agencies to ensure the timely resolution of issues, and the approval of registration actions. Secures and conducts meetings with regulatory agencies as necessary to achieve registration/compliance.
Support in communicating regulatory requirements to the Regional manager/Director.
Support in providing timely responds to requests from global or regional project teams to provide critical input into registration needs for product launch globally or within region as and when required
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Bachelor's Degree preferably in related science (chemistry, biology, etc. with 1-2 years of related work experience
Familiarity with Philippines registration and regulatory compliance process and product knowledge
Oral and written fluency in English and Filipino and proficiency in basic computer skills
Willingness to do field works and to be in a 2 years fixed-term contract
