As the Associate, Associate, Registration and Regulatory Compliance, you will be responsible for registration activities for all business products in Philippines and export markets. You will also be point of communication and liaison with the related institutions or authorities related to regulatory and registration activities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support documentation and data compilation for product registration and permit for submission to the relevant authority agencies in the assigned country
Understands and applies relevant GSARA (Global Safety Assessment and Regulatory Affairs) processes
Maintains company databases and compliance related IT tools
Support interaction with key personnel in regulatory agencies to ensure the timely resolution of issues, and the approval of registration actions. Secures and conducts meetings with regulatory agencies as necessary to achieve registration/compliance drawing on Global Registration and Regulatory Compliance (GRRC) resources as needed
Support in communicating regulatory requirements to the Regional Manager / Director.
Support in providing timely responds to requests from global or regional project teams to provide critical input into registration needs for product launch globally or within region as and when required
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Degree in chemistry, biology or science-related courses
1-2 years' work experience in regulatory and compliance function
Familiarity with registration and regulatory compliance authorities in Philippines
