A Day in the Life
The Associate Quality System Specialist PMV will ensure Post Market Vigilance are executed as defined in applicable quality documents. Responsible for assisting Quality Specialist on the execution, monitoring and closing of PMV throughout APAC regions. Responsible for assisting the implementation and maintenance of quality metric and monthly reports on PMV activities. Ensure that the Company's agreed quality standards (including ISO13485) are maintained with regards to products, procedures, policies, operations and customer contact
Key Responsibilities:
Support Asia Pacific Region Post Market Vigilance activities related to;
Product Complaint Handling
Product Hold Order (PHO)
Field Corrective Action
Assist with the implementation and compliance to the company's Quality Management System.
Assist in the establishment of quality specifications and standards and support the development of processes and standards
Assist with quality documentation, process mapping, reviewing processes and assisting with change initiatives
Observe all health and safety policies and procedures and take all reasonable care that actions or omissions do not impact on the health and safety of others.
Work within and actively promote Medtronic's Mission, corporate strategies, policies, procedures and Code of Conduct.
Actively communicate and collaborate with PMV team and stakeholders
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement on quality aspects
Manage, update and track activities related to PMV-GCH timely and accurately
Demonstrated initiative through problem-solving and system thinking.
Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform work with minimal supervision.
Other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree required
0 years of experience required
Your Profile
Bachelor's Degree Required in Medical/ biological science/ Engineering or related discipline
With 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Post Market Surveillance or QA Role
At least 2 years of quality experience in medical device industry or similar environment
Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office Suite or software
Good understanding of GDP and its implementation is required. Knowledge of ISO 13485 and its implementation will be an added advantage
Sound working knowledge of ISO13485 is an advantage.

Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally, both written and orally, to a wide variety of audiences.
Skilled in influencing and partnering with others, both inside and outside of Quality.
Demonstrated initiative through problem-solving and system thinking.
Good understanding of post market vigilance and complaint handling practices.
Self-starter and accountable, with sharp focus on quality and customer experience.
Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform work with minimal supervision.
