As Quality Systems Specialist you will have responsibility for development of and maintenance of quality programs including training and documentation.

A Day in the Life
Provides oversight for the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes, procedures, and training that ensure compliance with policies and that the performance and quality of services conform to established internal and external standards and guidelines.
Works with training to design and deliver programs related to training.
Works directly with operating entities to provide process analyses oversight on a continuing basis to enforce requirements and meet regulations.
Support audit and inspection preparation, resolution of audit and inspection findings and liaises with auditing groups and inspectors through all stages of the audits.
Prepares reports and/or necessary documentation and provides to applicable stakeholders, both internal and external.
Ensures the quality assurance programs and policies are maintained and modified regularly.
Facilitates uniform standards worldwide and enables best practice sharing, thereby fostering the achievement of company's mission globally.
Actively communicate and collaborate with process owners, learners, managers and other employees within the organization
You support/review change request forms (Change Control process)
Manage Quality system documents (Document Control process)
Provide support and training on applicable quality related subjects
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement on quality aspects
Support process improvement projects
See opportunities for quality system and quality process improvements and work with teams in achieving targets
Development of in-house programs and practices to identify developmental needs
Develops assessments, tests and workplace aids, e-learning programs, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities.
Project / Program Management
May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree Required in Medical/ biological science/ Engineering or equivalent field
0 years of experience required
Japanese communication skills (Japanese Business Level), able to read the notifications from Japanese government / able to discuss with Japanese stakeholders fluently
