A Day in the Life
Associate Quality Systems Specialist
Support processing of product complaint information that comes into the Complaint Handling Database, from intake to closure
Key Responsibilities
Translate Japanese event description into English within the complaint data base with support of Machine Translation tool
Translate Japanese service report into English within the complaint data base with support of Machine Translation tool
Process the event within the complaint database as per instruction, including uploading documents into the database
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree required
0 years of experience required
Nice to Have
Able to read and write Japanese, to support Japan customers and stakeholders
