A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Support payroll processing via a 3rd party service provider.
Analyzes, audits, reconciles, and resolves complex payroll processing and employee payroll issues to ensure smooth payroll processing.
Ensures payroll reporting and payments are compliant with company policy, generally accepted ac-counting principles, and applicable regulations.
Researches and interprets regulatory requirements and resolves tax, withholding, garnishment, and compensation and benefits issues for payroll processing.
Responds to auditing and regulatory inquiries.
Creates standard operating procedures, responds to merger and acquisition activities, and monitors monthly journal entry and accurate schedules.
Respond and resolve employees related inquires on payroll.
Must Have:
Bachelor's degree required

Your Profile
Self-starter, Meticulous, Customer Focused and a Team Player
Preferably with HR experience, be able to apply the knowledge of basic elements of payroll processing
Strong MS Office skills (Excel)
Knowledge of Workday and payroll system will be an added advantage
Interest to eventually manage multiple countries payroll
