Associate manager - logisticsZalora

The Logistics Specialist wears multiple hats within the team. He/She acts as the team's project manager, analyst, and operations excellence lead. This person will be coordinating with multiple stakeholders and support the team in improving performance, logistics customer experience, and expanding services and capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Analyzing patterns in logistic functions, identifying opportunities, and recommending solutions.
Running various analyses - including cost/benefit, cost-optimization, delivery/returns performance, forecasts, solution feasibility, and more.
Managing and leading projects involving or led by the Logistics Team
Coordinating with relevant stakeholders - internal and external, local and international.
Maintaining logistics related system settings
Requirements:
Preferably 3-5 years experience in project management & LEAN projects
Preferably 2+ years experience in logistics/transport or operations
Graduate of Engineering or Business Management related courses preferred
Able to manage internal and external stakeholders, both local and international
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. English proficiency is a must
Dynamic and proactive, with a high level of passion to learn new things and adapt to ambiguity
Willing to report to Muntinlupa - Cavite Expressway (MCX) Area when needed
