Purpose
Assists in providing legal services. The Associate Lawyer will assist in managing and resolving cases by developing agreements, negotiating contracts, and setting claims.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assists superior in the preparation and drafting of various legal arguments and other relevant legal material and reports
Involves in the preparation of various contracts and agreements
Maintains, updates, and keeps track of the important legal documents
Generates various reports that need to be presented
Conducts a thorough research and assists in gathering all the data and information relevant to the case
Informs superior about developments in each case
Involves in preparing for the trials and hearings
Makes court appearances when necessary
Ensures that data obtained during interactions with clients remain confidential
Assists superior/s in providing legal work
A. Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in Law
Licensed to practice law from the Philippine Bar Association
B. Minimum Experience/Training
At least 1 year of relevant experience
C. Competency
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail
Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills
Capacity to regulate and perform under stress.
Working Conditions
Amenable to work beyond regular working hours
