JOB DESCRIPTION:
Export Order Screening and Management:
Perform RPL/SPL screening in multiple ERP systems, for US export transactions and Customer database screening results.
Constantly monitor multiple ERP systems for export orders on RPL/SPL hold and resolve as quickly as possible.
Review each potential match using legal citations and via analysis of the data to determine whether party is a true match.
Release orders that are in compliance with applicable regulations and company policy or escalate orders or business partners for further review.
Provide timely updates to the appropriate business units with order status and action. Monitor and follow up until order can be released in compliance with the US Export Administration Regulations.
Follow screening guidelines and adhere to cutoff schedules.
Maintain documentation of all escalation and communication supporting the release of a transaction.
Update of the customer data base following any changes to the sanctioned and denied parties list
Manage compliance mailbox, supporting requests for review and release of export shipments on RPL hold.
Provide timely updates to the US Trade Compliance Team on shipment related issues.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATION:
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience: Previous work experience recommended.
High level of integrity and professionalism, including dealing with complex and sensitive matters
Familiarity with ERP system such as SAP/GTS, or other Trade Compliance systems and tools preferred.
Time management, prioritization, and organizational skills; ability to prioritize among demanding and sometimes conflicting requirements.
Attention to detail and data integrity; with high level of diligence and professionalism
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively and with a sense of urgency
Candidate must be willing to work in permanent night shift
Capability to work from home (with wired internet connection)/Hybrid set-up starting April 2022
