Major Responsibility: Operations Tasks
Perform data entry in the tool/database with complete information
Maintaining and updating information in database regularly
Manage / Organize Customer request
Uploading of documents in the tool
Check completion and accuracy of requirements and approvals
Major Responsibility: Reporting Tasks
Send Daily Accomplishment Report
Maintain Operational Report Tracker
Provides required and scheduled reports as defined by management
Major Responsibility: Administrative Tasks
Understanding of the process and operational structure and the relation with other department/teams
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in AR or Credit related functions
Graduate of a 4-year finance/accounting/business related degree
Good communications skills
Self-directing to achieve results, able to make data-driven decisions
Candidates with good internet connection (to support a temporary work-from-home set-up)
Open to work in the graveyard shift
