The position is based in Manila and is reporting to the one of the Costing Associate Manager based in Manila. The position will mainly support Costing back-office activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Execute the Standard cost policy and processes
Perform cost run for new Stock Keeping Unit codes and maintain standard costs in SAP with 100% accuracy
Maintain inter-co data in SAP, including delivery cost and mark-up, and resolve price discrepancies related to inter-co Invoices
Validate cost savings projects & perform monthly/quarterly savings update based on latest volume forecast
Ensure full compliance to cost internal controls. Regularly performs control testing, reviewing control test results, driving and implementing resolution to control gaps
Define & document regional procedures related to cost accounting activities and drive process excellence initiatives and focus improvement initiatives
Prepare and provide documentation to internal and external audits
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
Preferably CPA or CMA
Minimum 2 years work experience in Finance
Job Requirements:
Full-time employment
Work Hours: 8:00AM or 9:00AM to 5:00PM or 6:00PM (Mondays to Fridays)
Overtime might be required depending on the critical deliverables
