The Associate will be required to work in a team environment in delivering the administrative and project needs of the GDS ES organisation by being a part of the GDS ES RMS Essential Functions of the Job: Expertise in creating and managing dashboards and story boards using MS powerpoint, MS Excel, MS Word Collabrate with various teams (service delivery and support teams) to provide support in driving buisness goals Constantly monitor and report progress on mutlitple ES wide initiatives to stakeholders Support in creating and implementing Strategic Initatives Project Co-ordination responsibilities Knowledge and Skills Requirements: The role requires someone who can manage a number of concurrent MIS reporting activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational and time management skills. Administration and organization Enjoys problem solving and being proactive Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint to create dashboards Able to prioritize effectively, drive and adapt to change quickly in a fast paced environment Plans and organizes own work and keeps others informed of status and activities Ability to identify and flag potential risks to senior leadership.
