Responsible for the accurate, efficient and effective posting of invoices. Ensures compliance to the 3-way match and parking of invoices with issues or not meeting the requirements. Reviews signed market/markets. Supports or acts as back up for scanning and indexing of owned market.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures timely posting of invoices for assigned markets
Performs prescribed controls to ensure compliance to SOAR and financial policies
Actively participates in LEAN and continuous improvement.
Performs scanning and indexing for owned markets as needed specially those with language requirements.
Participates in the planning and implementation of new business and market integrations.
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting course
3 years experience in AP Posting preferably in another Shared Service Center
3 years exposure to enterprise systems, preferably SAP
Job Requirements:
Full-time employment
Work Hours: 8:00AM or 9:00AM to 5:00PM or 6:00PM (Mondays to Fridays)
Overtime might be required depending on the critical deliverables
