Who are we looking for:
As an Assistant Tax Accounting Manager you are expected to oversee the company's tax compliance, financial reporting, and related accounting
activities. Prepares various tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and property tax. Supports the analysis of financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Assist in managing tax audits and inquiries, collaborating with external auditors or tax authorities.
Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial performance.
Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
Assist in preparing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Ensure that the organization's financial practices are compliant with all relevant laws and
regulations.
What does it take to be part of the team?
Must have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's is a plus but not required).
3-5 years of accounting experience, including people handling experience.
Strong knowledge of tax regulations and accounting principles.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Ability to adapt to changing financial regulations and technology.
Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance may be required, depending on the industry
CPA is license is preferred but not required.
