The main responsiblity will be to assist Sales Director and his team in their day-to-day business.
Independent, proactive and pragmatic support in day-to-day business including some client'smanagement
Independent processing of internal and external correspondence in English and German
Independent communication with internal and external stakeholders
Support for Sales Team members based in Germany and designated by Sales Director in the tasks described above
Cooperation and collaboration with other departments in case of a need
Administrative work related to expenses management, data gathering and processing from different sources
Design of presentation documents and decision templates
The Candidate
 
This could be you if you have:
Completed training as office clerk or a bachelor degree in business administration
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English, German (Company language: English)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Priority will be given to applicants with proven professional experience in a comparable function
Background in TIC industry Requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Sovereign and friendly appearance; solution-oriented way of working paired with high reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
