SALES MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee sales operations within the assigned geographic area.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
