The position will oversee the Account Management Team and is primarily responsible for coming up with strategies to protect the Enterprise Corporate Accounts and drive growth and retention to the entire corporate base.
What you'll do:
Responsible in supporting Sales Manager and overseeing the performance Account Management team.
Support in developing and implementing strategies to help drive growth and retention in the enterprise accounts.
Direct the team to upsell, develop company strategies, set sales growth and conduct business reviews with the clients.
Prepares reports to track performance and movements of prospective clients.
Coordinate with Sales Manager in preparation of sales report.
Attend meeting to collaborate and engage with prospect clients.
What you'll need
Minimum 3 years relevant sales experience in a leadership capacity handling key accounts
College Degree / Diploma holder
Excellent problem solving, presentation, lead generation and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM programs is a plus
Must be willing to work to work onsite daily in Paranaque Terminal Integrated Exchange
