Job Summary:
 
The Accounts & Loan Processing Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and operational support for day-to-day accounts receivable (AR) and auto loan brokerage activities. The role includes basic AR processing, payment monitoring, loan application coordination, data entry, and maintaining accurate records to support smooth business operations.

JOB DETAILS:
 
Accounts Receivable (AR) Support
Issue and prepare customer invoices and billing statements.
Record and monitor customer payments accurately and in a timely manner.
Follow up on outstanding receivables and assist in collection coordination.
Maintain updated AR records and customer account balances.
Assist in bank reconciliation related to incoming payments.
Match payments against invoices and resolve discrepancies.
Organize and maintain AR-related documents and supporting records.
Loan Processing Support
Assist in processing auto loan applications and related documents.
Coordinate with clients, brokers, banks, and financing partners for document completion.
Monitor loan application status and provide updates as needed.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of submitted loan documents.
Maintain organized records of loan applications and approvals.
Provide administrative support for brokerage operations.
Administrative Support
Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of records.
Assist the Finance and Operations team with ad hoc tasks when required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, Financial Management, Finance, or related field.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and administrative processes.
Experience in Xero or accounting systems is an advantage but not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proactive and takes initiative.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Willing to work early shifts (NZ time zone).
