QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing and other related fields.
At least 2 years work experience in performing executive and administrative functions or in a similar position.
Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures.
Computer literate and knowledgeable in Basic Windows Applications.
Keen on minute details, flexible, systematic, and results-oriented.
Excellent in written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
With strong leadership background that can handle problems quickly and efficiently.
T TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administer workload balance of Account Coordinators/Account Services Assistants and Customer Service Representatives.
Act as 2nd level of escalation for client issues.
Conduct training and orientation to newly hired Account Coordinators, Account Services Assistants and Customer Services Representatives.
Effectively supervise the performance of the team, Supervisors and Team Leaders.
Oversee maintenance of merchant database and other resources needed for projects.
Monitor schedule of Account Management Services team and maintain adequate number of work force to handle the floor.
Assist in handling administrative concerns for the whole department
Create a monitoring report for all client billings on a monthly basis.
