Job Description
Accounting Function
Account receivable
- To prepare billing to customer
- To issue lease invoice/billing to customer
- To perform AR collection
- To follow up the customer for outstanding receivables
- To record incoming receipt of accounts receivable
- To prepare monthly AR aging report
- To prepare monthly SL reconciliation and Bank reconciliation
Account Fixed assets
- To monitor fixed assets under construction and monthly reporting
- To capitalize fixed assets (Tower co Project)
- To manage Fixed assets and PPE write off and transfer process
- To manage additional improvement of fixed assets and other PPEs
- To prepare monthly depreciation of fixed assets and PPEs
- To prepare monthly PPE lapsing schedule
- To prepare and monitor the Right of Use Asset and Lease Liability computation of Land Rentals
- Have knowledge on PRFS 16 - Leases
- Have knowledge on IFRS - IAS 16 - Property, Plant and Equipment

Support to Finance and Accounting Head
- Prepare monthly adjusting entries for accruals, amortizations/depreciations and other correcting entries
- Prepare monthly reconciliations of assets, liabilities, revenues and expenses
- Encode journal entries in Mango ERP system
- Support the Accounting Head in all assigned jobs as requested
Tax
- To prepare Output Vat report
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Accounting
At least 5 years working experience in Accounting and local tax function
Good command of English and computer literacy
Knowledge in ERP is preferred
Experience in construction business is preferred and familiar with matrix organization
