PURPOSE OF POSITION:
This position will provide support to the Regional Finance Analysts for various financial reports, reconciliation, validation, analysis andother initiatives of FRSC to address specific needs for the Field/Regional Offices using Sunsytems, PBI and other tools.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare review, maintain and issue regulary produced reports, dashboards and analysis to be integrated in the Regional Finance Analysts reporting.
Validate and reconcilie financial data from various databases to ensure accuracy of information.
Maintain or support database of financial reports/data produced by the business unit.
Design and maintain simple to moderately complex report templates that aid in accurate and complete data extraction, consolidation, validation or reconciliaton.
Assist the Regional Finance Analysts by providing details of report and common areas of non-compliance and risks based on reports/analysis reviewed and produced.
Provide support for special project implementation.
Coordinate participate in training finance staff from from different offices on the reprots and analysis produced and distributed.
Other tasks necessary for the fulfillment of the objectives of the team.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
Typically requires 3-4 years of relevant technical and business experience.
Fluency in English language.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Average to above average knowledge of full accounting cycle and has the ability to interpret financial information.
Has advanced knowledge, skills and experience in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Powerpoint.
