Luxasia Philippines is looking for a Asst. Content Manager to join its digital marketing team in the Philippines.
Description of Duties:
CONTENT PLANNING
Coordinate with brand teams to define the content strategy and visual guidelines of brand digital assets
Build and maintain content calendar of assigned brands
Schedule social media posts
· Identify new stories, trends, and opportunities to create appealing and exciting content
Ensure growth in content engagement and growth in social media follower base
Provide direction for third -party marketplace shop in shop layout
Oversee and schedule content in third-party marketplace shops
PRODUCTION
Provide direction, ideate, as well as oversee production for all content to be developed, including social and ecommerce content.
Create digital content for ecommerce, social, and digital platforms
Optimize each content for various purposes and platforms including
Provide copies for creative copywriting needs
Ensure large content pipeline to be delivered fresh regularly
MANAGEMENT
· Oversee Content Associate and Content Interns
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Film, Photography, Media,Advertising, Communication, and other relevant courses
Strong portfolio of video and static content preferably in beuauty and retail
Ability to create highly impactful content for social media
Experience in assisting and managing photo and video shoots
Exceptional copywriting and editing skills
Hands-on experience in content planning and development
Experience in video production, and editing for social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram
Strong knowledge of beauty industry-related trends
On-camera skills and good makeup applications skills a plus
Adept in using editing programs including Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects
Naturally creative and has a keen eye for aesthetics
Fashion-savvy and has natural love for beauty
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
