Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Deliver the agreed Marketing Brand Profit (Gross Sales, Consumer Reduction in Revenue, Advertising, Consumer Promotion and Marketing Expenses) to support the company Operating Profit
Jointly deliver targeted brand volume and market share with the Sales function
Assist with all Consumer related crisis management issues
Provide brand market insight regarding consumer and select a brand position that could provide the brand with marketplace advantages
Translate the position to a strong and consistent brand identity: Intuitive brand architecture/ Tagline that succinctly reinforces brand promise
Provide input to the development of the brand media strategy. Work with Advertising, Creative/Digital, Events, Promotions, Media and Manpower agencies to develop and deliver brand plans
Provide input for brand packaging requirement, ensure proper use of global trademarks when there is any change to packaging, assist the execution of packaging development * Develop and manage brand Consumer Promotion programs and ensure all promotions are properly evaluated with key lesson input for the future program
Identify and propose research plans to address brand consumer knowledge gap and execute approved market research plans
Review monthly consumer call and complaints data (for brand) and take appropriate action. Develop (as appropriate) and manage brand Public Relations programs
Provide market-specific consumer insights as inputs to sector product plan and recommend market appropriate products to meet consumer needs
Develop recommendations for appropriate brand SKU line up to address competitive environment
Provide input as to brand cost savings opportunities
Monitor consumer response to determine if opportunities / needs exist for changes to FPS (Finished Product Specifications)
Assist with pricing strategy recommendation and support the development of recommendation
QUALIFICATIONS
Marketing professional with Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Marketing
Minimum 2 years exposure to Corporate Business with at least 1 year experience in a Marketing position/Product Management position handling a portfolio of brands in FMCG industry * The position requires broad appreciation and understanding of Marketing, product management, finance, business management, trade, and the inter-relationship between these disciplines.
This position will handle Baby & Child Care products of Kimberly-Clark.
Global VISA and Relocation Specifications: K-C requires that an employee has authorization to work in the country in which the role is based. In the event an applicant does not have current work authorization, K-C will determine, in its sole discretion, whether to sponsor an individual for work authorization. This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the role's country only. K-C will not provide relocation support for this role.
