Main Job Purpose:
Overall marketing communications lead from development until executional and monitoring phases of brand campaigns. The purpose is to manage ATL and BTL communications of the business. The Assitant Brand Manager reports to the Brand Manager.
Job Summary:
 With guidance from the Brand Manager, the ABM will lead the development of integrated marketing plans for product launches and promotional campaigns - by developing an understanding of the drivers of brand growth and brand health, as well as identifying key issues and opportunities
 Assist in the brand's day-to-day operational activities
 Build a productive working relationship with brand operational teams: Digital, Media, PR, Events, and Creatives
 Oversees OTIF (on time, in full) execution of integrated marketing activities and ensures consistency with overall brand strategy
 Identifies solutions and makes recommendations to improve effectiveness based on performance monitoring
Key Requirements:
 With bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing / Communications / Advertising
 With at least 3 years experience in solid brand management
 With project management experience
