Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded in the accounting system.
Perform the processing and recording of accounts payable transactions and ensure that all invoices and staff reimbursements are paid accurately and in accordance with finance policies and procedures.
Performs general accounts analysis and reconciliations, including accruals & prepayments, fixed assets and bank statements.
Prepare and process payroll.
Ensures compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements of the local government.
Maintain complete filing system to support financial records.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
