Job Purpose:
Secure client confidence through efficient delivery of superior and showcase-worthy, integrated creative and media-agnostic solutions aligned to agreed strategies; Foster and maintain excellence across assigned traditional and digital creative projects/initiatives; and ensure optimal and harmonious resource utilization and cross-functional relationships within the assigned creative team.
I. Business Leadership
Portfolio Management:
Contribute to the health of the business portfolio/size assigned to the Creative Team
Help develop, champion and implement business strategies and initiatives across the assigned creative teams to ensure business targets are achieved.
Business Growth:
Help win organic and new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
Contribution Margin:
Help foster an atmosphere of confidence among teams that encourage them to proactively identify and recommend business growth opportunities with existing and potential clients.
II. Operational Leadership
Systems and Processes:
Contribute to improvements of systems, tools, processes and practices that will enhance the Agency's resource management capabilities as well as allow for delivery of superior products and services. (Faster. Better. Cheaper.)
Effective Game Planning:
Maintain efficient and effective Creative resource assignments across teams by ensuring teams comply with Creative Resource management processes and practices and that jobs are 100% up to Agency standards.
Help identify opportunities, develop and implement initiatives and ways of working that will further enhance systems, processes and practices towards, "Faster. Better. Cheaper."
Help ensure optimal staffing and time management across projects by helping Business leads and/or COM identify appropriate talent assignments to projects.
III. People Leadership
Results-Orientation and High Collaboration:
Help implement and maintain systems and initiatives that foster a culture of accountability, total project ownership ("roll-up-your sleeves" attitude) and high collaboration across functional teams.
Productive Diversity:
Foster and champion an environment that encourages diverse workstyles to synergize towards one goal and diverse ideas to flourish.
Learning and Development:
Foster a culture of self-propelled learning and development thru digital upskilling and continuous self-learning of new advertising platforms and digital tools.
Help educate and equip other team members by sharing relevant and up-to-date digital design best practices through timely updates or learning sessions.

Client Insight:
Act as a digital creative expert by outlearning client on digital trends, tools, and executional formats; and by recommending creative materials that show the best way forward.
Relationship Management:
Help foster an atmosphere of openness and feedback with client on Agency performance.
Creative Quotient:
Help implement systems and initiatives that help strengthen and enhance the teams' Creative Quotient
V. Product Leadership
Superior Work:
Ideate, and execute ground-breaking and/or pitch-winning ATL work as well as digital marketing solutions, which include: Content development, brand playbooks, digital displays, and executions specific to web and mobile platforms.
Obtain superior proficiency on creative programs in the Adobe system, as well as other creative solutions for content development, web design and video production.
Help develop and implement initiatives that will allow and enable the teams to understand and deliver superior, fame-worthy and category-breaking work.
Craft and deliver superior creative requirements efficiently while maintaining alignment with the agreed creative and executional strategy or experience map.
Ensure that ideas are in line with the approved creative and executional strategies across projects.
Effectively present and sell the work and solutions to clients in partnership with the Planning and Account Management Teams
VI. Cultural Leadership
Help implement and maintain systems and initiatives that foster an environment that champion the Core Values of the Agency
Foster and champion an environment of respectful candor that proactively addresses potential and active roadblocks in delivering superior work on-time.
