Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primarily responsible for overseeing the mall sales and marketing events/activities, ensuring that all Sales Executives (SE’s) assigned to mall events are well-oriented of the proper thing to do as well as equipped with correct knowledge of products.
Ensures proper, constant and transparent communication and coordination to DPs, General Managers, Sales Managers, Sales Team with any concern.
Responsible for monitoring Retail Sales of Dealers and consolidates Retail Sales Report.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervises and monitors closely mall sales inquiries and other sales related matters.
Prepares Sales Kit for Mall events.
Handles the orientation of Sales Executives on the first day of the mall event. Ensures that all assigned Sales Executives (SE’s) are equipped with product knowledge.
Assists mall client’s inquiries.
Timely encodes generated leads of the mall event. Gives timely update of the mall event to the management.
Assist on emailing to dealers gather leads from the Digital Platforms

Assist on sending out Autodeal Inquiries for follow through
Assist on accommodating inquiries to facebook page.
Timely cascades UAAGI memorandum to Dealers.
Coordination and processing Claims to Chery China.

Assist Coordination and processing of subsidies, incentives across all dealer networks.

Assist on Dealers’ Display Management
Assist on Dealers’ Support Material
Coordination and assistance of Dealer Initiative Mall Display (DMASP)
Assist to some Dealer Circular memo drafting
Sending out Dealer Circular Memorandums
Performs other task assigned by Sir Alvin Lu. 
Assist on Dealer’s submission of Credit Application reports
Assist on Consolidation of Inquiries Report (Uaagi Digital)
Updating of Order Analysis. Checking of units with low inventory, recommendation of units ordering.
Endorsement of Tiggo 2, mixed variants, all variants inquiries from Digital Platforms to CRD for survey
Back-up / Assist on VIP Accounts.
Back-up / Assist in Units Ordering
Back-up / Support Purchase Order Review of Dealer Network
Back-up Signing & Approval of unit releasing documents
Back-up / Assist in Follow-up or receiving of check payments     
Back-up / Assist in wholesale push / pre-allocation reiteration
Back-Up / Assist Digital Marketing Subsidy RFP
Back-Up / Assist Post ECQ Subsidy RFP
Back-Up / Assist DMASP RFP
Back-Up / Assist on memo masterlist and monitoring
Reporting to Chery China Wholesale and Retail Sales Data
Endorsing to the In-charge person / Department for non-related SDD matters.
