Job Description:
Performs short duration in-house encoding, drawing, plotting, or minor design activities.
Aids in the proper filing of original standard plans, original standard specifications, electronic files for standard plans and specifications, and all original documents used in housing, facilities, and standard details for land development plans and processes.
Assists in preparing available plans and specifications for issuance in bidding, construction, sales and marketing, permits and licenses, and technical references.
Conducts research work as directed by Supervisor/Technical Assistant.
Performs other related functions from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
Must be an Architecture graduate
Willing to be under Project-based employment
Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig.
