Job Description:We are urgently looking for an Architect with strong experience in drafting residential houses for builders in Arizona or other parts of the USA. The ideal candidate must have solid knowledge of U.S. residential building standards and the ability to produce accurate and detailed drawings.Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed architectural drawings for residential homes.
Ensure compliance with U.S. building codes and standards.
Coordinate with design teams, engineers, and project managers.
Revise drawings and layouts based on feedback and client requirements.
Qualifications:
Licensed Architect or with a strong architectural background.
Experience working on U.S. residential projects (Arizona experience preferred).
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting tools.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Can start immediately.
