Duties and responsibilities:
Prepares billing invoices and collection receipts.
Ensures AR Collections are updated according to agreed metrics.
Keep Accurate records of all daily collections.
Reconcile and record collections from marketplaces, payment gateways, and direct bank deposits.
Assist with cash forecast preparation.
Analysis of AR Aging Schedules and provides resolution for aged accounts.
Other Finance related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
Minimum 2 years of experience and knowledge in AR and Collections as well as Accounting in general.
Strong problem-solving skills, detailed oriented, organized, and self-motivated to deliver high quality work.
Average written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferably with more than average knowledge of MS Office tools (MS-EXCEL, MS-POWERPOINT, MS-WORD).
Familiar with any Accounting Software, Oracle Netsuite experience is a plus.
