Our Exciting Opportunity
Ericsson Philippines - Global Shared Services Inc is growing! Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible in handling invoices so that it is processed and paid on time. Process with high quality and according to Ericsson's Invoice to Payment process and approved legal requirements. Since the role affects the financial system, part of it is also handling open items in the Accounts Payable ledger to ensure that the financial data framework is accurate and performing month end closing activities.
You will
Manage Posting (Cost allocations and PO matching), Tax application and Payments related to vendor invoices.
Incident tickets handling and resolution for payment to invoice
Period-end Closing and financial consolidation activities.
Maintenance of all automated internal protocol flows.
Related General Ledger accounts and external vendor's reconciliation, certification and control.
Implementation and maintenance of standard processes and tools
Ensure compliance; Business reports, SOX control and performance.
To be successful in the role you have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Execute speedily, collaboration, emotional intelligence, ethics and compliance
General business knowledge
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent in quality.
Problem identification and resolution skills.
Written and verbal communication skills.
Customer-service attitude
Innovative, Creative and willing to help others
Adaptability and flexibility
Can work from home
Has reliable internet connection and has a suitable space to work from home.
Experience in Accounts Payable, Sourcing or SAP for 1 year is an advantage.
